Resume Database Users
Jobseekers may decide to register their Resume in our database, through. Users can choose to make their Resume searchable for inclusion in our Resume database product. This product allows your Resume to be viewed by recruiters who have subscribed to this service. It also means that you can attach your Resume to your online job application(s).
We endeavour to grant access to the Resume database only to recruiters who agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions. However, should a third party gain access to your Resume by evading our security measures, we cannot be held responsible.
You may remove your resume from our database at any time. However, recruiters who have already accessed your Resume may have kept a copy of it in their own files. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of your Resume in these instances.
Vacancy Advertising and Database Access Clients
WorkAtHome-Jobs.org will provide a service which allows customers/employers to advertise customers vacancies and access the database for resumes.
The customer shall provide accurate information and facts on the WorkAtHome-Jobs.org regarding the customer requirements. The customer shall be responsible for all information placed on the WorkAtHome-Jobs.org and shall indemnify WorkAtHome-Jobs.org at all times for any loss, expense or damage incurred by WorkAtHome-Jobs.org as a result of the customer actions or omissions.
WorkAtHome-Jobs.org may review the information the customer has placed or may place on the WorkAtHome-Jobs.org website and reserves the right to refuse to place or remove, amend or discontinue displaying any information which is in contravention of any legislation or regulations in force. WorkAtHome-Jobs.org may discontinue displaying any customer information that WorkAtHome-Jobs.org considers to be contrary to the best interests of WorkAtHome-Jobs.org There shall be no refund if any customer information is removed from display on the WorkAtHome-Jobs.org.
Where a link is provided to the customer webpage or any other external website or link, WorkAtHome-Jobs.org is not responsible for the content of the customer website. The customer is solely responsible for the information placed in their account on the WorkAtHome-Jobs.org.
Should the customer wish to cancel the service at any time during the period, no part of the fee is refundable.
WorkAtHome-Jobs.org shall be entitled to make changes to the presentation, layout and functionality of the WorkAtHome-Jobs.org website at any time.
WorkAtHome-Jobs.org shall be entitled to use the customer logo and any other intellectual property of the customer in order to provide service for the customer.
The customer shall ensure that all information placed on the WorkAtHome-Jobs.org website by the customer shall comply with the requirements of the employment equality legislation in force.
If there is a breach of these terms and conditions, or if the customer provides false or misleading information, or breaches any data protection requirements, WorkAtHome-Jobs.org may cease the service immediately with no part of the fee refundable.
WorkAtHome-Jobs.org provides the service to allow customer to search the database for suitable potential employee profiles. WorkAtHome-Jobs.org does not guarantee suitability or availability of potential employees. The customer may select a potential employee based on its requirements and the consent of the potential employee through direct contact with the potential employee.
If these Terms and Conditions of Use are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately. |
